Bathroom Designs: Picking the Right Color

The color of the bathroom is perhaps the first thing people see once they enter your bathroom. This means that it is necessary that you get this one right. What kind of bathroom makeovers are right for you?

The design and the fixtures in the room will be coordinated with the color so this is what you need to look at importantly. Below are a few ideas on bathroom designs based on color.

White is Right

White is perhaps the most popular color for bathrooms. This color gives off a pure and clean feel for your bathroom. This color also works well for smaller bathrooms as white makes a room look and feel bigger than it actually is. Yellow, pink and beige are colors that compliment white and combined, they give a very soothing atmosphere for your bathroom.

However, you must not forget that the color white makes dust, dirt, and other unwanted eyesores become more apparent. Even small bathrooms can be fixed up to look nice. A white bathroom requires constant cleaning so if youre the type that cleans the loo once a month, forget white as it will make your cleaning habits, or lack thereof, obvious to guests who use the toilet.

Blue Moods and Green Minds

There are a lot of colors to choose from when considering bathroom designs, and perhaps the colors blue and green are not the first ones that would come to your mind. This is a common notion as people tend to veer away from the more adventurous colors. Actually, green and blue are very ideal shades for your bathroom.

The color blue gives off a feeling of tranquillity and relief. A beautiful bathroom design ideas can make all the difference. Blue works well with metal finishes and stainless steel fixtures in your bathroom. A darker shade of blue or even the ever-reliable white is a great compliment for blue walls. White or yellow lights are the ideal match for blue-colored bathrooms.

Green is also a good color as it invokes a feeling of peace and serenity. Green relaxes the mind and is great during daytime, when natural light helps radiate its shade. However, green may make the room darker as compared to other colors, which may make the room feel smaller.

A good solution to this is adding more lights that will match this color. Yellow and white accessories work well with green, as well as porcelain fixtures.

Going Dark

Darker colors are not advisable for bathrooms unless they are exceptionally big. Black, maroon, and red are a few of the colors that are very powerful and will definitely make your bathroom feel smaller. Darker colors also absorb heat which makes the bathroom quite warm during the hotter days. Having dark colors also means that youll need to compensate by adding more lights and windows.

The upside of dark colors is that they easily hide dirt which is excellent for the not-so-habitual cleaners. If pulled off, dark-colored walls are one of the best ways to make bathroom designs more attractive and elegant.

Support Good Health With Nattokinase

Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted and purified from a Japanese food called Natto. Natto is a cheese-like food made from fermented soybeans that has been eaten in Japan for many years.

It is thought by some to be a valuable tool in minimizing the chances of developing heart and vascular diseases. Natto is produced by fermentation by adding the bacterium Bacillus natto, a beneficial bacteria, to boiled soybeans. The resulting nattokinase enzyme is produced when the bacterium acts on the soybeans.

While other soy foods contain enzymes, it is only the natto preparation that contains the specific nattokinase enzyme. Nattokinase is valued in the alternative medicine community as a clot buster and blood thinner, and is sometimes recommended as a substitute for daily aspirin therapy. But its effects go beyond that in terms of catalyzing other enzyme activity.

Nattokinase was discovered in the 1980s by Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi while researching in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. It was he who coined the term and named the enzyme "nattokinase".

Nattokinase is a potent fibrinolytic enzyme extracted and highly purified from a traditional Japanese food called Natto. Natto is a fermented cheese-like food that has been used in Japan for over 1000 years for its popular taste and as a folk remedy for heart and vascular diseases.

It has recently been revealed that thrombotic clogging of the cerebral blood vessels may be a cause of dementia. It has been estimated that sixty percent of senile dementia patients in Japan is caused by thrombus. Thrombotic diseases typically include cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and angina pectoris, and also include diseases caused by blood vessels with lowered flexibility, including senile dementia and diabetes (caused by pancreatic dysfunction). Hemorrhoids are considered a local thrombotic condition.

If chronic diseases of the capillaries are also considered, then the number of thrombus related conditions may be much higher. Cardiac infarction patients may have an inherent imbalance in that their thrombolytic enzymes are weaker than their coagulant enzymes.

Nattokinase holds great promise to support patients with such inherent weaknesses in a convenient and consistent manner, without side effects. Nattokinase is capable of directly and potently decomposing fibrin as well as activating pro-urokinase (endogenous).

According to legend, about a thousand years ago, the warrior Minamoto no Yoshiie found and tasted boiled soybeans that had been left on straw and had fermented. That was the discovery of Natt?. It is believed that by the end of the Edo period (1603-1867), Natt? had become a regular part of Japanese cuisine in some areas.

It is no secret that the Japanese live longer, have less cardiovascular disease and are not affected by heart attack and stroke as frequently as people in the Western world. Many now believe that Natt? has been the secret to their well-being.

Nattokinase Enzyme is now available in capsule of tablet form at your local or internet health food store. When purchasing nattokinase, look for name brands like Solaray and Source Naturals to ensure you purchase a quality and pure product.
