BV Remedy Can Be Tricky

Bacterial vaginosis is a tricky problem for women. Most women, when they eventually figure out they have vaginitis, want to deal with it privately for several reasons.

One, they don't want to face anyone and tell them they have a fishy odor. Two, they don't want an antibiotic that may not help or make things worse.

Bacterial vaginosis can be difficult for some women to get rid of. Most women that end up going to a doctor get antibiotics. Antibiotics will most likely work but often, women will get a recurrent bout of BV within a few months. The problem hasn't really been solved.

Doctors don't even know what triggers a bout of BV. Doctors do know an overgrowth of bad bacteria has occured within the vaginal environment. In my opinion it is due to our poor diet and general ill health. People are getting sick left and right and every time you turn around someone is getting cancer.

So, like me, you can switch to a really health diet and stop eating junk. You know, fresh food, nothing that has been prepared. No take-out food, no restaurant food. No frozen food. Take the time to cook and eat as much raw veggies and fruit as possible.

I am pretty sure that the most common approach women take to get rid of bacterial vaginosis is to try and wash the problem away. Most women try the route of washing or douching, thinking the problem has to do with cleanliness. This is the wrong approach and will not solve Bacterial Vaginosis. Being clean has nothing to do with it.

You cannot wash this problem away. It didn't start because you were unclean and it won't go away just because you start washing and douching. And don't use special wipes with alcohol or fragrance or lotion or baby wipes. That stuff isn't good for helping and may actually be causing your vaginitis bacterial overgrowth in the first place.
