I just wanted to say basically why it is I really like Lady Trainers To Go and their all female in home personal trainer service. First off, my Dallas personal trainer is just absolutely awesome.
The other thing is I really do enjoy the convenience of having someone come into my home. I don’t have a personal gym at home and what’s really great is my Dallas personal trainer brings all the equipment with her that we need for a workout. I don’t have to provide anything.
No more gyms fee’s, fighting traffic or waiting in line for equipment. She just show’s up at my door on time and off we go, another great workout.
Having a Dallas personal trainer come to my home also provides a lot of flexibility. Weather we’re doing it indoors or we decide to do it outside; it’s really great. She’s constantly looking for ways to change things up to make our workouts a little more difficult. It’s great, it’s just hard for me to believe I can get a great workout from my home, but I am and I love it.
One of the best things about Lady Trainers To Go is they found a trainer for me that was my age an can relate to the types of “female” issues in a way that no male trainer I’ve ever had could.
